11.1 Age Requirements for Different Features

ReadyGoCook has different age requirements for different features:

• General App Use: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use recipe management features
• Grocery Ordering (Instacart): You must be at least 18 years old to use third-party grocery delivery integrations. Instacart's terms require users to be 18 or older.

If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, or grocery ordering data from anyone under 18 without proper authorization, we will delete that information immediately.

12. International Users

If you access our services from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we comply with GDPR requirements and your rights include access, rectification, erasure, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

13. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion:

13.1 Note on Third-Party Data

Instacart Data Freshness: We do not permanently cache or store pricing, inventory, or product availability data from Instacart or other delivery services. Product information is fetched in real-time when you create shopping carts to ensure accuracy. Generated Instacart cart URLs may be cached temporarily (up to 24 hours) to optimize performance, but all pricing and availability is determined by Instacart at the time you view your cart.

This ensures you always see current prices and product availability from our delivery partners.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
